The Coding in Color Tech Incubator, in partnership with the 100 Black Men of Jacksonville and the City of Jacksonville, is a year-long program for students ages 16-21 passionate about computer science. With a 3.0 GPA requirement, participants earn hourly pay for 15 hours of weekly virtual and in-person training, preparing for tech success.
The National Science Foundation ExLENT Grant awarded MyVillage Project nearly $1 million to pilot an immersive career development program for high school students. This afterschool initiative provides micro-credentials in AI, machine learning, game development, and more, while delivering 850+ paid mentoring hours and hands-on technical training.
The MyVillage Project Creator Fund supports early-stage businesses from young creators in technology and education. By providing funding, business development assistance, training, and resources, the fund empowers young entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into impactful, scalable ventures.
